POSITION DESCRIPTION | The Culinary Services Assistant is a universal worker position that assists in the kitchen and dining room to ensure diner satisfaction and compliance with diets and regulation. Position is responsible for food storage and preparation, kitchen and dining room sanitation, and overall guest experience and customer service.
